  About us

As it probably happened to many of you, animals from nearly all over the world have lived in our house, too – stray cats, guinea-pigs, Russian and miniature hamsters, house mice, goldfishes, geckos, frogs and tadpoles, but above all dogs.
We have had dogs of any kind and size... MAX was the last one.

Max is – I’m using the present tense because he IS still with us – a very hairy crossbred of 45 kg. A cuddly dog, the sweetest I have ever met. He lived with us during a very important period of our family life, but then... he got ill! And after a year he left us. All my family cared for him and stayed with him till the very end and then... we “left him go” giving him our last kiss.

After such a deep sorrow we – my family and I – didn’t want to have hairy friends any more. But our house was too empty. And a year later we surrendered: Blu and Bimba – two 60-day Norwegian Forest kittens of only 200 grams – became the new members of our family.

Tex

A month later a friend of us brought Tex here.

He is a very beautiful doll-face cream-red Persian.
They will always be our mascots!

My daughter Martina was curious and fascinated by a cat breed which I hadn’t known before: RAGDOLL.

She used to spend hours in front of her laptop looking for websites that spoke about that splendid breed. She let me see thousands of pictures and read a lot of Italian and foreign websites of ragdoll breeders.

There is a great demand for Persians because of their marvellous hair; Maine Coon cats are praised for their incredible size; Siamese cats for their deep blue eyes and a Sacred Birman is appreciated for its astounding colours.

But Ragdoll cats’ hallmarks is doubtlessly their unique, fabulous personality – sweet and elegant masters of the house.
In this way, Trilly was “added” to our family – her full name is Royal Nevada, but we prefer to call her just like that, Trilly!

This was the very beginning of our experience as breeders of this marvellous cats.

Today we also have Vik with us – Viktor of the Fairydolls – and Coco – Isabeau.

Come and visit our house or let’s meet during one of the cats exhibitions we regularly take part in and let yourself be “infected” by the joy of stroking our rag dolls – literally!
